BioWilding is a four-week live immersive built around the four foundational forces your nervous system was actually designed for: Regulation, Rhythm, Recharge, and Reverence. Not as theory. As lived practice, grounded in neuroscience and direct experience with the living world.
You do not need to be outdoorsy. You do not need wilderness access. You need the tools, and someone who has used them to come back from the edge of not coming back.
